System users can be invited to tasks and interviews created in Candidate Manager, these can be integrated into user’s outlook calendar. Recruiters using Gmail with Google calendars now have this option whereas previously this was not an option for Gmail users.

Clients using the job requisition feature can now upload multiple documents to the job approval email. These documents will be sent with the standard email to the approval user.

Candidate Manager has integrated with cut-e to offer our clients the ability to send psychometric tests to applicants directly through Candidate Manager and receive results to view before progression.

The personal & admin module has been merged into one & appropriately renamed to ‘settings’. The process for making amendments remains unchanged but the structure of the overall menu/settings page has been improved

Clients using the ‘reason for rejection’ feature will now be able to maintain their own reason for rejection lists via the ‘settings’ menu within the system.

When a new division or business units is created it will be auto assigned to the creators profile. This means they do not have to take any other action before using the new addition(s).
